Cross Country Coverage

2B Northwest Christian of Lacey competes well at any level with their core of harrier runners. W.F. West continues an awesome tradition of runners and both performed well at the Capital Invitational. Most of the Evergreen 2A programs as well as 1A Rainier ran in the meet that featured a race for each grade level. There is also an article in the Olympian.

Several 1A and 2B Schools participated in the Ocosta Invitational. Onalaska's Frank Krause won the boy's competition while a familiar name in the Cascade foothills (Mikel Elliot of White Pass) won the girls race.
